I’ve been on an eat clean and “change my relationship with food” journey this year so visiting the weekly Green Market was on the list of things I’ve needed to do. September is a little too late for a first time visit, but I can explain.
The secret is out. There’s a new way to relax and meditate in Windhoek and we feel everyone should try it at least once.
