You don’t need to take a hundred years to grow your hair out just so you can achieve this look anymore. Whether your hair is natural or basking in hair chemicals, this hair-do does not stop you from rocking the Locs.

“It takes an average of 3 to 5 hours depending on length size of the locs (as well as general density of clients hair) and maybe size of head).”, says hair enthusiast behind Hazel Creations.

Remember the drama between Zendaya and E!’s Giuliana Rancic, where Rancic threw shade at Zendaya’s hairstyle? Yeah, we are talking about that hairstyle.

Best way to style locs?

A-L    Faux locs are generally really easy to style. They don’t need a lot of accessories. You can easily tie them into a neat bun. Pull them back or a nice side goddess braid or simply let them loose with a pretty flower by the ear.

Hair tips for maintaining locs?

A-L     Maintaining faux locs is really easy. The key is to keep your scalp moisturized, that way there is no build up of dandruff that becomes white and is clogged up at the bottom of the braid. Best product to use is “Sta Sof Fro” braid and dreadloc sprays.
