We caught up with the gorgeous Trisha Amakutsi
My name is Thresia Amakutsi but everybody calls me Trisha. I am twenty something years old and I am made in Namibia.
I’d like to think I’m adventurous, a total clown, wild at times and pretty much a lone wolf.
How did you get into modelling? Hobby or possible career?
Modelling, hmmm… I wouldn’t really say I’m a model. Yes, I did the Miss Namibia pageant in 2013 and had a dozen photoshoots here and there but that is just me having fun so I guess I’ll go with hobby.
What is your favourite thing about modelling?
My favourite thing about modelling is standing in front of a camera and basically just flirting with it. I’m a totally shy person but when I work with a pretty good photographer the pictures are magical.
I love photographs. Anybody who knows me well enough can testify.
Your favourite project so far?
My favorite project so far was when I modelled for MANYA. It was Ah-mazing.
The clothes were absolutely beautiful and we got to shoot with Merja (Tuva Wolf).
You best believe me when I say those pictures belong in Vogue!
Your 2018 modelling goals?
I don’t have any modelling goals for 2018 to be honest, especially since I only do this to entertain myself. However, if something comes up and I’m free at that moment then I’ll dive right in.
What are you working on currently?
Currently I’m just busy with the usual, converting oxygen into carbon dioxide. Haha!
No seriously, I work as a wellness coach so my job keeps me busy and I love wandering around too so that’s what I’m doing.
