This month, we are celebrating our strength and tuning into our true power. I couldn’t think of a
better way to sweat like a warrior than this dumbbell routine!


It will leave you feeling challenged, strong and like a badass! I urge you to choose a weight that
will challenge you and one that you can maintain proper form throughout the moves.


1. Squat Press

 

2. Deadlift

3. Bent over row

 

4. Shoulder Press

5. Reverse Lunge

6. In and out abs

Knock 3 – 5 sets of this routine out, performing 10 – 15 reps of each move. Give yourself 60 – 90 second rests between sets.
