When you work in an environment that requires you to dress formally or conservatively, the challenge you’re faced with every morning is incorporating your personality into your outfit to make you look a little different from everyone else.

So, how do you do casual at the office?

Here’s how.

Are you are Jeans kind-a person?

Try dark washed jeans from Monday-Thursday and a light wash on Fridays. Jeans are pretty much the uniform  if you really want to tap into casual  wear. Pair them with a black t-shirt and a blazer or a graphic shirt and leather jacket.

Are you a sporty fan?

As crazy is this may sound, nothing beats a track pant silhouette these days. They are back in style and popular across the globe. Your boss might even be in this moving wagen. The trick here is to is to find modern track pants in a slimmer cut with a stripe down the side.

T-shirt obsessed!

Pair a pencil skirt or dark washed skinny jeans with a loose, lightweight striped tee. If you feel like the T-shirt is giving a little too much room and it starts to look and feel awkward, try tucking it into your high-waist pencil skirt or skinny jeans to add more structure.

Mix your prints!

Prints definitely adds a level of coolness in your outfit. It is also, something you do not see at a conventional work place. Think of a red and white polka-dot pencil skirt with a red and white striped top. Rule here, is to always chose colors from the same family.

With these simple styling tricks, it’ll be easy to look sophisticated but still relaxed, so you’re dressed for success in even the most casual environment.
