Passionate, Patient & Positive

 2. Describe your blog…

My blog is a reflection of my lifestyle; it’s the space where different aspects of my life come together. My zest & lust for life, psychology, yoga, poetry & wellness come together on my blog.

3. What do you want your readers to get from it?

I want readers to be inspired to tap into their passion, to discover what makes them tick, to learn, to grow to bloom, thrive & flourish. My ideas, experiences & viewpoints should be a call to action for readers to invest in their self-love & care, explore mindfulness, holistic healing & living.

 4. What do you do for fun?

Honestly I read for fun and when I’m not reading I’m looking for a lake or an ocean to swim in. I also love long, indulgent dinners & play dates with my son.

5. What are you reading right now?

I’m always reading more than one book at a time; because my mind is set up in a way that it requires boat loads of simulation. I’m reading Psychopathology by Barlow & Durand; Twenties Girl by Sophie Kinsella and Maurice by E.M Forster. 6.

  6. If you could travel right now, where would you go?

If I could travel right now I would go anywhere where I can swim in the ocean, from Swakop to Bali.

7. Favourite saying/phrase at the moment?

Stay Woke (forever)

8. What do your friends call you?

My friends and family either call me B Or Beau.
