If you suck at putting on a strip of false lashes, there’s another option you could try and our friends at Healing Touch Spa are here to tell us all about it.

What are individual lashes? What’s the process?

Individual lashes or classic lash extensions is our signature lash application method where the attachment of one extension is applied to your natural Individual lashes. Individual lashes come in singular and tiny strands. The strands come in different lengths ranging from 10 mm to 14 mm.  The client chooses their desired length and is applied to your natural lashes strategically. The result is an enhanced lash line with a natural and more realistic appearance.  Our classic or individual  lash extensions are very common beauty treatment especially for brides and everyday look.

How long does it take to install them?

The process takes two hours. This includes preparation of the eye area by cleansing to remove makeup, oil or any form of debris.

How long do they last?

They last 3 to 4 weeks depending on how you take care of them at home.

Do individual lashes ruin your own?

No they don’t if they are applied by a professionally trained lash technician.
They should also be removed professionally.

How should one take care of their individual lashes? Any instructions?

– Avoid direct contact with water within the first 24 hours after getting your lashes done.

– Do not apply products to lashes.

– Avoid oil based products on your eyes.

– Cleanse daily with water and a disposable brush.

Your lash extensions will start to shed daily loosing about 2 or 3 strands per day. By the third or four week you will be due for a refill.

It is important not to pull the remaining strands.
