Acoustic Friday

The Franco-Namibian Cultural Centre (FNCC) hosts acoustic Fridays on the last Friday of every Month. If you’re reading this now, you’re just in luck, because on the 25th of March they will have Acoustic Friday with award winning band Tschuku Tschuku. The event will take place at FNCC at 19h00, with a damage of N$60 in advance and N$80 at the door. Advance tickets are available at FNCC.

Frankly Speaking

If you’re into poetry we have something for you to. Frankly speaking will be having an event on the 25th of March at Muso’s Café and Bar (24 Merensky Str, Ausspannplatz). Damage is N$50 at the door from 18h00 to 20h00. The line up consists of Damn_Etu, North Side Rabbi, 44 Times and Officially Poetic.

The Nakedness in Me

Catch vocalist Bonganisoul live and unplugged at Vinyls Music Café on the 26th of March this Saturday. Entrance is N$50 at the venue and the show begins at 19h00.

Paint & Karaoke

Looking to sing, paint and have some fun? Well, Something Artsy Namibia hosts regular Paint & Karaoke events at Safari Hotel, with an entrance fee of N$350. Its upcoming event is in celebration of International Women’s Month and will take place on the 31st of March from 18:30 till 21:00. For bookings, call or Whatsapp 0816202225.

Drag Night Nam

Drag Night Nam and Café Prestige will be hosting their next drag night on the 1st & 2nd of April, which will be on a Friday & Saturday respectively. The theme is “Let’s get physical” and boy does it sound like a show. Pre-sale tickets are exclusively available at Café Prestige, with a damage of N$80 at the door. Doors open at 18h00,  the meet & greet begins at 19h00 & the show starts at 19h30. Contact @cafe.prestige for pricing and availability if you would like to reserve a table for the evening. Limited general seating.

Windhoek Wine Club

“Wine is all about sharing with friends, family or even just yourself.”  Windhoek wine club will be having its official opening function on the 2nd of April, at the Fischer Restaurant. Entrance is free, dress code is smart and all wine enthusiasts are welcome to join in on an evening of good wine and conversation. Reserve a spot to avoid disappointment.
