Why was SF started?

We started Sweat Fitness to cater to anyone who is eager to get active but isn’t too sure where to start. Through our sessions we aim to teach our clients how to move their bodies, how to eat to fuel their goals and much more.

 Who do you guys cater for?

We cater for clients looking to for a challenge and are not afraid to SWEAT. We believe it is important to give your body a range of physical challenges, it is just as important as it is to eat from a variety of food groups. Some of our favourite types include functional training, full body weight training and high intensity interval training to name a few.

What services do you offer?

We offer bootcamp sessions and personal training. We are also very passionate about educating our community to better equip them on their journey and we do this through hosting fun health talks covering various topics. Our first one will be held on Saturday 19th May 2018 at Windhoek High School, Gym. Get in touch with us for more info!

Schedule?

Bootcamp sessions run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6pm – 7pm at Windhoek High School Gym for N$ 600per month. For personal training kindly contact Emily at 0818150977 for rates and scheduling.

 Why people should join?

Because healthy is an outfit that looks different on every BODY and we believe that everyone has the right to explore what healthy is and identify what it looks like for them.

 3 tips to stay motivated?

1. Make sure you know why you are interested in working out before you start investing in the journey. External motivations are not sustainable.

2. Invest in learning about food and how to eat for your goals/ lifestyle.

3. If you put in the work, the results will come.
