You know how you look around and everyone seems to be fit, sexy and you are not? No? Okay, maybe it’s just us. So we wanted to get a little motivated to start or keep at it, the well toned body goals Patrick Castelbranco shared his fitness Mantras with us.
Maybe we can jam it into our minds too, but most importantly do the WORK!

Patrick Castelbranco, born in Germany, Hamburg was a professional 100 and 200m sprinter until unfortunately he had to stop due to a knee injury. Danced since a young age and found an interest for theatre and acting in his early ages.

He graduated in sport science at Humboldt Rhein University Germany and Graphic Design at the College of the Arts.

My Fitness Mantras

1.  Birds of a feather flock together, you run around with losers you’ll end up a loser.
2.  Impossible is a big word thrown around by small men.
3. The wolf on the hill is not as hungry as the wolf climbing the hill.
4. When you want to succeed as bad as you want to breathe, then you’ll be successful.
5. Pain is temporary it may last for a minute, or an hour, or a day or even a year, but eventually it will subside
and something else will take its place. If I quit however it will last forever!
